Comments: Another Masterwork by Ontario builder John Kilpatrick. The attention to detail on this one is amazing! The appointments are tasteful yet delicate right down to the incredibly detailed, custom-cut inlays on the Ebony Bridge. The Exotic Wenge back and sides are dark and rich looking and beautifully accented by the Flamed Maple bindings. The sound is balanced, and thick with great clarity, much bigger than you would ever expect from a OO. The Soundport adds an element of additional pleasure for the player. John only builds a few of these incredible instruments a year so this is a great chance to own one of these at a used price!
