- Comments: Here is Gibson’s
first version of what has now become the J185 EC. This is a classic
jumbo design with beautifully figured flame maple back and sides and
a 5-piece neck. The built-in pickup system is very sophisticated, sporting
active electronics and featuring a 4-band Parametric EQ. This guitar
is in primo condition, barely used, and is stage-ready. A great guitar
for blues.
