- Comments: Canadian Luthier Marc Saumier is known for his experimentations with local (Quebec) tone woods. Some,as represented here, are quite rare...and very beautiful indeed. This guitar has a BIG robust sound, with splashy mids, and a complex bottom end. I found it particularly great for chord work. Playability is easy and even all over the neck.
