                     - Comments: This is perhaps the ultimate tribute to the vintage Gibson L-00s that have long been treasured by fingerstylists and Blues players alike. Hand built, one at a time, with the absolute best woods and uncompromising craftsmanship, the Josh House Piedmont is among the best values in the world of quality guitars. Everything I always loved about those old Gibsons is here...and more. It is light as a feather with a fast, comfortable neck, a huge sound, and just downright FUN to play. Like all House guitars, it is very responsive with nice sparkly highs, warm mids, and a nice round, tight bottom end. I found it more than satisfying for everything from Chet Atkins style fingerpicking to open tuned ballads. And, yes, I even tuned it down to open C for a bit of Slide. The Piedmont is a masterpiece in every respect and at a price that seems too good to be true!
