- Comments: Of the hundreds of
guitars I have laid hands on over the years, I must say the Mcilroy
AS25 may have the most distinctive Bass response of all. It is similar
to his larger models but has this beautiful natural compression. The
notes in all spectrums are clear and concise, with beautiful warmth,
but the bottom end on these guitars is truly amazing. I find myself
sitting in a chair plucking single bass notes and being totally entertained.
These guitars just have SO much soul!
